Born in Slovenia, Zeljko Ivanek studied drama at Yale University and graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). He has frequently appeared on the New York stage, earning Tony nominations for 'Two Shakespearean Actors' and 'Brighton Beach Memoirs'. Other theatre credits include 'The Glass Menagerie', 'Loot!', 'The Cherry Orchard', 'A Map of the World' and 'Cloud 9'. On US television, Ivanek has appeared in both telefilms and popular series including 'Ally McBeal', 'Homicide', 'Law and Order' and 'Frasier'.
