In addition to his work on feature films including Evita and The Birdcage, Vincent Paterson has choreographed Madonna's 'Blonde Ambition' tour, Michael Jackson's 'Bad' tour and Chayanne's world tour. For director Harold Prince, he choreographed the DramaLogue winning, Tony nominee 'Kiss of the Spiderwoman'. Paterson received a Best Director Dramalogue Award for his stage production of 'Gangsta Love'. On video, he has directed and choreographed Michael Jackson's ACA nominated 'Blood on the Dance Floor' and co-directed the MTV Award nominee 'The Way You Make Me Feel'. Again for Jackson, he choreographed MTV nominee 'Black or White' and 'Smooth Criminal'. For Madonna, he choreographed the music videos of 'Holiday', 'Express Yourself' and 'Like a Virgin'. On television, Paterson directed and choreographed 'In Search of Dr Zeuss' with Robin Williams, receiving seven Emmy nominations and five Cable Ace nominations. Paterson has choreographed Madonna's appearances at the Academy Award ceremony and the MTV Awards; Michael Jackson's segment of the MTV 10th Anniversary celebration; Comic Relief VII and VIII; the 1988 Grammy Awards and the Superbowl Halftime Show XXVII.
